How does your Pre-Listing Care help me sell my boat?

Do you work directly with my broker?

What happens to the management contract once the boat is sold?
Our management is fully transferable to the new owner. Many buyers find it a huge advantage to keep the existing technical team that already knows every “nook and cranny” of the vessel, which can actually be a secondary selling point during the negotiation.
